the 4th saturday of the month 8:30am - 10:30amthe tarrant area food bank asked united community centers to be the mobile pantry site for north fort worth. the mobile pantry is a refrigerated 18-wheeler that delivers 18,000 to 20,000 pounds of fresh produce and frozen grocery products once a month for distribution to approximately 400 households. this opportunity to serve the community is provided at a nominal fee to united community centers. the wesley mobile pantry helps answer many prayers for additional food for the wesley center and surrounding communities. every fourth saturday of the month, with the exception of december, united community centers hosts the wesley mobile pantry at the wesley center located at 3600 n. crump. volunteer:united community centers needs both one-time and ongoing volunteers. if you or a group are interested in volunteering, contact united community centers at 817-927-5556.for more information, please call.
