wednesday8:30am - 10:30amtickets are available starting at 4:00 p.m. in the baptist center breezway (west side of church on may st.) until all gone. adult clothing ministry - men's and women's clothing is provided to persons in need. this ministry serves the first 30 persons arriving each tuesday & thursday beginning 9:00 a.m. children's clothing ministry .provides clothing to children. up to 75 children are served each monday from 9:00 a.m.-noon. international friends ministry - weekly ministry providing english as second language, sewing, crafts, and other socialization activities for spouses of students and professionals from other countries who are living in the united states. they meet tuesday 9:00-11:45 a.m., except during summer months. may street market - formerly the food pantry ministry, this corner grocery store is offered at no charge to neighbors in need who reside in the 76104 zip code area, west of interstate 35. broadway partners with the tarrant area food bank. hours: monday, tuesday, thursday, friday 9:00am - 12:00pm wednesday3:00pm - 7:00pm room in the inn - emergency sheltering in small groups of 5-15 homeless persons during the most inclement seasons of the year. ministry is offered in cooperation with other local congregations and the day resource center for the homeless. broadway provides shelter on monday evenings july-august and december-february. sack lunch ministry - sack lunches are provided to 100-200 homeless persons and day laborers on tuesday, thursday & friday.for more information, please call.
